About RN Resident - PMMC

  Description

  RN Resident - Medical Surgical - Cardiac Telemetry - Clinical Decision Unit - Inpatient Rehab - Float Pool at Providence Medford Medical Center. This posting represents .9 FTE, day or night shift openings (7am-7:30pm, or 7pm-7:30am, 3,12 hour shifts per week). All openings will require scheduling on rotating weekends.

  $10,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance offered to eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

  Providence is calling for applications to several New Grad RN residency programs. An RN Residency with Providence St. Joseph Health will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. Learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences guided by experienced preceptors. If you are a recently graduated RN, with less than 12 months of experience, then the Providence resident program is for you.

  Join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center where you’ll support nurses both in and out of surgery, among other patient care tasks.   Required qualifications:

  Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

  Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License

  Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

  Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.

  Preferred qualification:
