Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $36.60 - $47 per hour. All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our seniors living in our beautiful and active assisted living in Lake Elmo, MN!

This part-time schedule includes:

24 hours per two week pay period

Day shift; 8am - 5pm

Every other weekend

Arbor Glen is located blocks from downtown Lake Elmo Minnesota, conveniently north of Hwy 94 and in between the cities of North St. Paul and Stillwater. As one of our newer senior living communities it features 84 units between the independent, assisted living and memory care apartments. Responsibilities Job Description

Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual plan of care

Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies

Provides data relevant to the development of the plan of care

RN – Assesses plan of care, resident goals and revises, modify plan of care as necessary

Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

Qualifications

Required:

Current MN RN license or by start date

AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers (3 week grace period for BLS)

Preferred:

Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems

Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN

Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers

Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
