　　Summary:

　　The Registered Nurse - Medical Group - Team Lead supports the physician's office health care team. Independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols, delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team. Using management skills, acts as a professional role model for other team members, assists in developing team members, and performs other duties as assigned.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Education:

　　Required - Technical - Nursing; Or - Associates - Nursing; Preferred - Bachelors - NursingCertification/Licensure:

　　Required - BLS (Basic Life Support)

　　Required - ACLS (Cardiovascular)

　　Required - RN (Registered Nurse)

　　Required - PALS (Pediatric) - If applicable

　　Experience:

　　Required 5 or more years in Cardiology

　　Required 5 or more years in a Medical Office

　　Required 2 or more years in a Supervisory Role
