　　Department: Dialysis Acute

　　FTE: Part Time, 0.3, 24.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

　　Shift: Days

　　Pay: $34.73 - $53.83 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　Minimum Required Education: Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

　　Required Licensure/Certification: State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.

　　Minimum Experience: 6 months of dialysis nursing experience.

　　Registered Nurse

　　Basic Life Support

　　BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire. All life support certification cards must be issued by either the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer. (American Red Cross for the Professional Rescuer is only good upon hire and all renewals will need to be through an American Heart Association sanctioned course.)

　　Acute Care & Dialysis:

　　Direct care includes specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) Units of moderate to high patient acuity

　　Provides direct care for dialysis including patient assessment throughout treatment and the management of dialysis equipment/supplies as required

　　AMSN's and CDN's core curriculum and various specialty certification standards are included in evidence based care models for each unit
