The Clinical Resource Center (CRC) Nurse will functionas a Staff RN and is responsible to provide total nursing care of thepatient within an assigned patient care unit. The Clinical ResourceCenter is an internal float pool made up of RNs and Techs that arecross-trained to various departments throughout the hospital. This teamof superheroes ensures adequate staffing coverage for planned andunplanned events and allows us to flex between different departments tosupport the various needs that arise, including Medical/Surgical,Intensive Care Unit, Emergency, Ambulatory, and OB/GYN. Hospitalistproviders (physicians and nurse practitioners), located on the unit,collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate patient healing.
