Registered Nurse/RN- Full Time (9am-5pm)

　　White Pine Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Blaine II location.

　　Registered Nurse responsibilities may include:

　　Lead our care team to ensure high quality service is provided to our residents and their families

　　Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents

　　Follow up to physician's orders

　　Work in partnership with Assisted Living Director and community relations to complete admissions and readmissions

　　Provide on-going training to staff

　　Maintain our clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate

　　Ensure survey readiness at all times

　　Communicates and interacts in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.

　　Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.

　　Perform additional tasks as needed.

　　Qualifications:

　　Current Nurse licensure for the state of Minnesota.

　　Able to critically think and problem solve

　　Experience in assisted living and memory care is a plus.

　　Strong leadership skills.

　　Positive attitude.
