Basic Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum five (5) years of experience as a lead or supervisor/manager in a manufacturing environment.Preferred Qualifications:
Seven to ten years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably metals forging.Seven plus years experience in a supervisory / management role with strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.Formal training in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma required.Demonstrated experience successfully managing multiple tasks and prioritizing workload while paying attention to detail.Possess excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills for supporting all aspects of the forged products infrastructure.Ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, employee relations, quality, productivity and cost.Knowledge of OSHA and other regulatory agency directives.Intermediate to Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP a plus.This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), which requires U.S. person status.
