　　Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Retail Supervisor to join our team at Tusayan General Store in Grand Canyon, Arizona. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.

　　Responsibilities

　　Consistently supervise and train retail team members to maintain standards, policies, and procedures.

　　Work with staff to regularly evaluate, create, and maintain professional visual displays and store cleanliness.

　　Assist management with the daily cash procedures, operations and scheduling.

　　Monitor store floor, assist with guests' needs and requests.

　　Ensure location and integrity of physical inventory and par levels.

　　Performs other duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a fast-paced customer service retail environment preferred.

　　Requires high school diploma or GED, cash handling and POS system experience.

　　Strong verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills.

　　Ability to handle multiple tasks, direct the work activities of several team members simultaneously and plan ahead.

　　Physical Requirements

　　Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

　　May use step stool to reach high items on shelving.

　　Constant standing, walking, lifting, repetitive motions such as bending, twisting, squatting, grasping, and reaching.

　　Exposure to and use of chemicals required for cleaning and sanitizing areas, equipment and surfaces.
