　　The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$203,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. 　　Responsibilities

　　Partner with Google Store first-party retail cross-functional partners, define the global retail strategy for Google Store first-party retail,structure and design analytical tools. Develop a "single source of truth" centralized retail strategy, business intelligence engine, and insights reports. Lead creation, development, and implementation of a consistent set of financial, operational, and business performance metrics. Use effective data visualization and problem-solving skills to simplify business flows and enable faster decision making and execution. Define and monitor key strategic trends/inputs to ensure strategy is on track.
