　　Job Overview:

　　Join the dynamic team at PDS Tech Commercial Inc. as a Retail Sales Specialist! We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a customer-centric environment. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving sales success in our Everett store.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Store Management & Sales: Skillfully manage the day-to-day operations of the store. Drive sales through engaging customer interactions, accurately processing POS transactions, and effectively handling merchandise returns.

　　Inventory Control: Take charge of inventory management, including stock level determination, order processing, and efficient handling of Mark Out of Stock (MOS) and Return to Vendor (RTV) items.

　　Visual Merchandising & Store Maintenance: Implement and maintain visual standards, manage store layout, and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure a clean and inviting store environment.

　　Financial Accountability: Be responsible for daily cash management and contribute to store's profit and loss action plans.

　　Customer Engagement: Host special sales events, respond promptly to customer communications, and resolve complaints, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

　　Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with the team to execute store initiatives, maintain an organized stock room, and ensure compliance with company policies.

　　Requirements:

　　Education: High School diploma/GED minimum; higher education or vocational training preferred.

　　Experience: At least 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.

　　Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail, professional demeanor, positive attitude, proficiency in business software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

　　Attributes: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, strong organizational skills, eagerness to learn and grow within the team.

　　Pay Details: $19.36 per hour
