Description and Requirements
As a Retail Engagement Specialist (RES), you'll play a crucial role in the MSA Program at Best Buy, operating under the supervision of Regional Managers. Your primary responsibility of the RES is to enhance performance, insight, and accountability among Microsoft Senior Advisors.

What will you do?
Conduct coaching and performance management on a door-by-door basis for MSAs.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with Best Buy Store and District leadership.
Drive accountability and accuracy in reporting, ensuring optimal call attendance for the MSAs.
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly MSA task accountability.
Provide insights gathered from MSAs and the field to inform decision-making.
Drive adoption of the Champs Program within the Best Buy environment.
Utilize Power BI and Blueskills to drive and showcase results.
Catalog and share best practices across MSA doors.
Facilitate collaboration between Market Managers, Microsoft Senior Advisors, and Master Trainers through established processes.
Conduct one-on-one sessions with Microsoft Senior Advisors.
