Restaurant Manager

　　Embark on a journey with us as a Restaurant Manager at the First Vignette Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carliton Almoaibed Hotel). We are in search of candidates with ambition, talent, and essential skills. This role requires someone who will lead the Lebanese cuisine with passion and contribute to the overall excellence for our guests.

　　As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for our guests, overseeing day-to-day operations, and inspiring a dedicated team.

　　A little of your day-to-day:

　　Uphold high standards of guests’ service and satisfaction.

　　Foster a positive and welcoming environment for the guests.

　　Ensure food quality and presentation meet established standards.

　　Collaborate with chefs on menu planning.

　　What we need from you:

　　Minimum of two years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.

　　Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.

　　Familiarity with IHG or adherence to international hospitality standards.
