　　We are hiring a Mechanical & Assembly Shift Supervisor to join our team.

　　What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

　　Verification and procurement of materials useful for operators to carry out their daily activities;

　　Supervision of departmental handling;

　　Coordination with other production figures to meet production needs;

　　Organization of work shifts;

　　Management of department personnel;

　　Managing relations with production office for documentation and occurrence of problems.

　　Requirements & Preferred Qualifications will be…

　　High school education in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience;

　　Ability to read technical drawings;

　　Knowledge of the production cycle;

　　Knowledge of Office package and major management software;

　　Relational and personnel management skills;

　　Good organizational and communication skills;

　　Good problem-solving skills.
