　　OVERVIEW

　　As a Resort Hardscape Installation Technician, you\'ll perform lightduty construction of patio walls, patio pavers, drip irrigation systemsand low voltage lighting systems. You\'ll perform these tasks onresident/owner home sites, RV sites, and in-house projects.Additionally, you\'ll be working on projects that require completion ina set timeframe and ensure the projects are completed at a high qualityfor our customers.

　　JOB DUTIES

　　Hand dig footings for wall bases, as well as hand mix concrete forwall footings.Level and grade areas for patios.Hand dig trenches for drip irrigation installation and low voltagelighting installation.Lay blocks for walls and install patio pavers.Construct park approved fencing.Install artificial turf and redwood trellises.Ensure resort is presentable at all times and adhere to Sun\'s curbappeal standards.Empty trash, shovel, and perform maintenance or repair duties usingsaws, blowers, mowers, drills or other hand tools.Ensure lawns are manicured appropriately; regularly treat weeds forweed control, weed whip, rake leaves, plant flowers/shrubs, spreadmulch/woodchips/stones, trim shrubs and hedges, cut and remove treelimbs damaged by adverse weather conditions, and perform other lawncare services as necessary.Inspect irrigation system regularly to ensure it is workingproperly; repair as needed.Pick-up trash and debris from common areas and streets on a dailybasis. Empty common area trash containers as needed.Maintain resort vehicles and equipment.Report all resort maintenance issues and concerns identified whileperforming daily duties to manager.Follows safety procedures while performing duties, including safelyoperating vehicles when moving from site to site and picking upsupplies.Other duties and special projects as assigned.REQUIREMENTS

　　As a Resort Hardscape Installation Technician, you must be hard-working,reliable and focused on providing exceptional customer service. You mustalso be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to managemultiple tasks simultaneously.

　　High School Diploma or GEDPrevious groundskeeping experience in the resort/hospitalityindustry, preferredDemonstrated knowledge of and broad experience in general groundsmaintenance techniquesAbility to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditionsrequire constant outdoor workValid driver\'s license with good driving recordProficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment,and commercial machineryAbility to provide legible written reportsAbility to work well independently as well as on a teamAbility to lift at least 100 poundsBasic computer proficiency including the ability to use email andthe internetREWARDING BENEFITS
