　　Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package for RAs with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $20.90 - $26 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on related experience.

　　The Sycamore of River Falls is looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior age assisted living/memory care residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our beautiful location in River Falls, WI. No CNA MN NAR required, unless under 18 years old.

　　This part-time weekend caregiver schedule includes;

　　60 hours per two weeks

　　Night shift; shift differential of $2/hr

　　Every other weekend (saturday/sunday) rotation and rotating holiday

　　The Sycamore of River Falls is a growing, full-service senior living community with 84 apartments including 68 blended independent and assisted living and 16 memory care apartments in a secured neighborhood on first floor. The property will also have four villa patio twin home units with two bedroom and three bedroom options for active, independent seniors. The apartment building will consist of a variety of studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom units. The underground parking garage has 50 parking stalls, maintenance rooms, and residents’ storage area.

　　Responsibilities/Job Description

　　Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.

　　Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.

　　May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.

　　Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff.

　　Assists with onboarding of new staff.

　　Qualifications

　　Required Skills:

　　Ability to communicate optimally, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers

　　Ability to work in a team setting and support others

　　Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population

　　CNA certificated if under 18

　　Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:

　　High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course

　　Previous work experience as HHA, CNA, NA, DSP, PCA
