The Research and Product Development Analyst will conduct specialized in-depth research and analysis using multiple sources to support Survival, Resistance, Evasion and Escape (SERE) and Personnel Recovery (PR) policy, doctrine, curriculum development, training, exercises, training development projects, oral history projects, repatriation events, and contingency support for the Personnel Recovery Academy (PRA). Performs multiple and varying assignments under the limited direction of the R & PD Assistant Lead and/or Lead. Acts as an individual contributor and/or member of a team and may perform some leadership functions for small projects/programs or other work activities.Required/ Preferred QualificationsMust have an Active Top-Secret (TS) US Government Clearance with SCI eligibility. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Top-Secret .Five years technical writing experience and ability to research, translate, and organize complex SERE/PR concepts into useable written training materials.Experience in preparing training materials for staffing desired.Bachelor's degree or higher desired.Graduation from Service level "C" Code of Conduct course desired.Graduation from Professional Military Education course desired.Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.Proficient with standard desktop computer systems and related software.Possess effective speaking, writing, and presentation skills to express thoughts logically and clearly to a diverse audience.Knowledge of doctrine, plans, policies, and procedures governing SERE/PR education and training desired.Amentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
