Main Function:
Provide support to the Executive Director, Managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs and managing general administrative activities to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operation. Support the laboratory staff in data entry and report generation.
Education/Experience
Required: One of the following:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
An associate degree in applied science.
Experience:
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Strong written and verbal communication skills required with excellent attention to detail.
Competence in the utilization of Teams/ Microsoft office suite of products.
Essential Functions:
Administrative duties include:
Answers phones, schedules meetings, maintains calendars, and reserves conference rooms.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Answer and direct phone calls
Files correspondence and materials of a general nature.
Assists in compiling financial, statistical data, and reports as assigned.
Assists in maintaining accurate records, reports, and correspondence.
Responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
Responsible for out‐of‐town accommodations for travel and overnight stays.
Composes correspondence and disseminates to appropriate individuals.
LEAP Testing Service duties include:
Log in and prepare samples for assays.
Compile, edit, and check for accuracy of reports and correspondence.
Routine equipment calibration verification.
Assist staff in performing assays.
Provide customer service support.
Assist laboratory staff with maintaining inventory of supplies and a clean laboratory...
