This is a role well suited to an ambitiousprofessional, looking for the next step in their career. As a RemoteSupport Engineer 4 you will be responsible for :
Providing virtual support for internal/externalcustomers, as well as, consistent monitoring and accurate documentationutilizing the Customer Relations Software Tool(s)
Demonstrating a high level of technicalexpertise in clinical laboratory practice while supporting the Atellica Product Line
Demonstrating exceptional customer serviceskills to improve the customer experience, and achieve customer satisfaction byproviding highly technical troubleshooting of complex issues to meet issueresolution and achieve customer satisfaction
Taking timely action and ownership on all opentickets to troubleshoot and resolve internal/external customer issues to thecustomers satisfaction, and if necessary, escalates customer issues to nextlevel support
Meeting/Exceeding individual service levelmetrics to meet the needs of the customer/business
Compliance to all Siemens pay and T&Epolicies, as well as, all RSC Procedures/Processes

Requiredskills to have for the success of this role
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in ascience-related or engineering field, or equivalent experience as anexpert technical engineer in product line forover 15 years
Willing to travel up to 20%
Additional specialized qualification + 4 to 8 years experience needed
Excellent communication skills
Hours are: 9pm-730am; Friday -Monday.
The payrange for this position is $82,000 – $103,000 annually; however, base payoffered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The annual incentive target is 5% of base pay.
