Temp - Perm A Pittsburgh PA based company thatrecently landed the MA Health Contract to handle 100% of Medicaid callssince taking on the contract they looking to grow this call center by100+ employees by Aug. Ideal candidates will have some call centerexperience or some experience in healthcare. Once hired they will be puton either the Eligibility and Apps team or the Health Plan team. TheEligibility and Apps team will be handling questions around eligibility,the process, and will actually help people through the app. On theHealth Plan team they will be helping with changes in callers plan,change of PCP, help find the best plan, etc. 4-week training programthat is 100% on camera. Candidates need to be comfortable with workingthe whole 8 hours it is a very high-volume call center and they will beexpected to take a few minutes to put in notes and on to the next call.Depending on the call topics you may have over 100 calls a day or 50calls a day.
