About REMOTE Call Center Representative

  Position Description/Minimum Requirements: 25 Open Seats! Reason forOpening: Looking to add to the existing team Location: REMOTE but needto pick up equipment in Marlborough, MA. Needs to get to Marlborough forthe 1st day then fully remote. Paid for a full 8 hours day to pick upequipment Schedule: They have training classes every 2 weeks on Tuesdays4 Week training program will be 8:30a-5p - Training is 100% attendanceand on camera, if your candidate cannot commit to 4 weeks 100% they willbe pushed to the next class. Obviously, things happen but if they haveanything planned for a long weekend or such we need to know. AfterTraining schedule is 9:30a-6p -90 Day probationary period needs to makesure candidates give a heads up if they will be taking some time off.Comp: \$17 - this will be a candidate with some experience who will workremote after picking up equipment \$18 - This candidate will need toeither have a bachelor\'s degree or be bilingual in one of the followingSpanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole (be careful on this one they arenot looking for the Cape Verde form of Haitian Creole). Type: Starts asa 90 day temporary job, and reserach is under way to make thetemporaries permanent. Temp - Perm A Pittsburgh PA based company thatrecently landed the MA Health Contract to handle 100% of Medicaid callssince taking on the contract they looking to grow this call center by100+ employees by Aug. Ideal candidates will have some call centerexperience or some experience in healthcare. Once hired they will be puton either the Eligibility and Apps team or the Health Plan team. TheEligibility and Apps team will be handling questions around eligibility,the process, and will actually help people through the app. On theHealth Plan team they will be helping with changes in callers plan,change of PCP, help find the best plan, etc. 4-week training programthat is 100% on camera. Candidates need to be comfortable with workingthe whole 8 hours it is a very high-volume call center and they will beexpected to take a few minutes to put in notes and on to the next call.Depending on the call topics you may have over 100 calls a day or 50calls a day. Please set the expectation that they are moving from onecall to the next as quickly as possible.
