　　The RO position will learn everything about production from packing, to operating a printer, to driving the forklift.

　　As a Relief Operator you would eventually be trained on every position in the plant:General Laborer, Molder Operator, Material Coordinator, Packer, Assistant Extrusion Line Operator, and Extrusion Line Operator.Once you are fully trained, you are designed to fill in wherever you are needed on any given day.

　　Preferred experience*2 to 3 years operating forklifts.*Proficiency with using a computer.*1 to 2 years fork truck driving experience.*Ability to work well with others.

　　Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required.*Ability to work overtime as needed.*Physical ability to lift 50 lbs.*Must be able to work 12 hr days.*Basic computer skills*Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers*Ability to relate well to others and maintain effective working relationships*Ability to complete forklift recertification training on a yearly basis.

　　Additional informationNormal schedule will consist of 12 hour shift. The position would be paid hourly and be eligible for overtime pay. The position would also be eligible for the hourly bonus program. Hourly rate for the position would be based on experience.
