　　The Job:

　　As a Reliably Engineer, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor team as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:

　　• Establish, Qualification Test Plans to Ensure Products Meet Customer CTQ Metrics to Ensure a Successful Product launch.

　　• Define application based product testing procedures and methods and their corresponding product reliability targets.

　　• Maintain Appropriate Project & Milestone Documentation such as Test Plans, Test Status Reports, and FRACAS.

　　• Drive FMEA Process Early in the Design Phase to Optimize Design and Mitigate Risk.

　　• Participate in Design Safety Reviews During the NPD Process to Ensure Product Meets All Requirements.

　　• Apply Reliability/Quality Science to Assure New Product Quality Goals Are Achieved Irrespective of Schedule Pressures & Cost.

　　• Identify High Warranty Products for Product Teardowns, Root Cause Assessment and Ensure Corrective Action Resolution.

　　The Person:

　　• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Related Discipline.

　　• 3+ Years Technical Experience in Reliability/Test Lab/Quality Discipline in a New Product Development Environment with Electro-Mechanical Devices.

　　• Prior New Product Development Experience is a Plus.

　　• Trained in the Use of Six Sigma Tools and Techniques (i.e., Six Sigma Green Belt) such as: Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R).
