Job Description Bremer Bank is searching for an Agricultural Relationship Manager in the Warren, MN market. You will manage an agricultural portfolio to support new and existing client relationships by developing comprehensive loan and deposit solutions and partnering with our financial services providers. Key responsibilities include: * Prospecting for new clients by utilizing referral sources, existing clients, centers of influence. * Monitor, on an ongoing basis, information concerning customer financial performance, and industry trends to determine that any credit exposure is at an acceptable risk level. * Partner with internal stakeholders on credit requests and adhere to established Portfolio Management guidelines. * Responsible for planning and conducting relationship strategy and scheduling of review meetings with product partners.
