　　Job Description:

　　BILH Care Center is an outpatient surgery center that consists of 4 operating rooms located in Danvers, MA. We provide a wide range of specialties including: orthopedics, GYN, general surgery, pediatrics, Urology, ENT, oculoplastic, plastic surgery, podiatry, pain and cataracts.

　　The Operating Room Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe patient care for patients undergoing operative and other invasive procedures. As a Registered Nurse ( RN) for our Outpatient Team, you will be responsible for the following: Completed assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness. Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient. Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.

　　Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing( BSN) preferred

　　Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

　　Basic Life Support ( BLS) required

　　CNOR preferred

　　At least 1-2 years of work experience in an operating room environment required, or graduated from a Periop101 educational program.
