This opportunity is Full Time Night shift or PRN / As needed (12 Hour Shifts)

　　We are currently hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our National Lutheran Communities & Services family. We would count on you to provide care for your residents the way you'd care for the needs of your own family. You mainly would be focusing on assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of your residents. This would also include ensuring continuity and quality of care by leading, training and supervising as needed.

　　We are looking for a Registered Nurse to care for our patients and facilitate their speedy recovery. You will also be responsible for educating them and their families on prevention and healthy habits. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. You will be compassionate and cool-tempered. You will also be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote patient's well-being by providing high quality nursing care.

　　The salary range is $34.00 - $45.00 per hour based on experience.

　　Requirements

　　You will need an active RN License, a degree in nursing and the ability to work independently, have a passion for excellence and compassion for people. If you have experience working with older adults or supervising nursing assistants, great! However, we do welcome new RN’s and will work to train you on our processes and culture.
