Applies the nursing process within the context of the organization's Framework for Professional Practice. Functions as clinically competent. Delegates and supervises work appropriately. Reports to Unit Manager. • Current Connecticut RN License. • Graduate of an accredited nursing school ASN Required, BSN preferred. • BLS certification by the American Heart Association required prior to date of hire. • Maternal/Newborn experience preferred • One year nursing experience required; previous maternity experience preferred. • Experience in Women's Health or postoperative care desired We take great care of careers.
