　　The role you’ll contribute:

　　The Cardiac Catheterization nurse will provide quality nursing care by assessing patient status during Cardiology related procedures. Demonstrates educational and managerial skills in dealing with other department personnel and quality assurance programs. Is responsible for nursing care for those patients in the Cardiac Cath and EP Lab, Echocardiography, Cardiac Rehab and Stress Testing Lab. Is also responsible for Pre and Post procedure prep and care as well as the patients flow during their admission.

　　Conscious Sedation

　　Circulator for cardiac catheterization procedures and electrophysiology procedures

　　Coordinate effective handling of emergencies.

　　Effective communication with physicians and interdepartmental staff

　　The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

　　Minimum qualifications :

　　Minimum 6 mos. Progressive care, CCU, ICU or Telemetry experience

　　Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification

　　Conscious sedation certification

　　500 hours of proctored cath lab training (or will train)

　　Nursing- Associate Degree

　　Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Florida

　　BLS

　　ACLS
