　　Job Description:

　　In person and telephonic triage of symptomatic patients

　　In person and telephonic patient education

　　Vaccine administration

　　Stat team responder

　　Desktop management of clinic tasks.

　　Qualifications:

　　Must have current RN License

　　Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-4:30/5pm

　　Pay Rate (Based on Experience) : $32-$40/hr
