Registered Behavior Technician Location:All Regions - WesternMassachusetts Area. The Registered Behavior TechnicianTM (RBT?) is aparaprofessional who practices under the close, ongoing supervision of aBCBA, BCaBA, or FL-CBA. The RBT is primarily responsible for the directimplementation of behavior-analytic services. The RBT does not designintervention or assessment plans. It is the responsibility of the RBTsupervisor to determine which tasks an RBT may perform as a function ofhis or her training, experience, and competence. The BACB certificatesupervising the RBT is responsible for the work performed by the RBT onthe cases they are overseeing. Role description We are searching forindividuals credentialed as a RBT by the Behavior Analyst CertificationBoard (BACB) who are enthusiastic about collaborating with others toachieve quality of life improvements for the individuals served. OurRBTs are committed to providing quality and effective behavior analysisservices to individuals with autism and other varying developmentaldisabilities. RBTs work under the supervision of a supervising behavioranalyst and are responsible for direct 1:1 implementation of behaviorplans. RBTs may also provide assessment, graphing, and training support.
