  Job Description

  The Financial Services Global Business Unit (FSGBU) provides software solutions for Core Banking, Trading, Payments, Risk and Compliance, Analytics, Revenue Management and Billing, Private Wealth Management, Cash & Asset Management, also Lending & Leasing products to enterprise customers across the world.

  In this role, you will lead a team of sales executives selling Banking Software Applications across Digital, Retail, Corporate and Payment solutions to large enterprise banking accounts across the Americas Region.

  Responsibilities:

  Overall responsibility for the regions sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that improves Oracle*s opportunities across all products and product lines.

  Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process. May lead a Regional Manager or Branch Manager. Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans. Develops and implement a territory plan to increase revenue. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Handles customer issues. Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team.

  Directs and ensures the implementation of operational policies through subordinate managers. Interacts internally and externally with executive management involving negotiation of difficult matters to influence policy. Functional expertise and broad company knowledge.

Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team.

  US: Hiring Range: from $152,200 to $314,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55.

  Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

  Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  11 paid holidays

  Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
