The AIML Data Operations team is a fast paced, dynamic environment. We are looking for a creative team lead who is dedicated to transforming technical concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences for a cross-cultural audience.
Key Qualifications
3-5 years experience in a L&D or Operations lead role
Proficient in different strategies to engage learners through presentation, facilitation and mentorship
Analytical mentality with experience and ideas on how to measure success of training programs
Flexibility in schedule, allowing you to work with employees across timezones
Experience supervising or coaching a diverse team responsible for constantly evolving deliverables
Experience collaborating with global teams and driving projects across multiple timezones and languages and cultures strongly preferred
Point person for all training initiatives for the AMR Region
Outstanding and demonstrated interpersonal savvy and emotional intelligence
Action oriented with the ability to work independently with little guidance on the day-to-day running of projects
Comfortable working with ambiguity and ability to flourish in an environment of constant change
Description
As a Regional Trainer supporting the AIML Data Operations organization, you’ll be responsible for providing training and support to the analysts, SAAs and leads in your region. You are self-motivated, friendly and thrive in ambiguity. You’ll be responsible for all training in your region from new hire orientation to special initiatives. You’ll analyze quality results, then design and implement innovative learning solutions to help Analysts meet and exceed their goals. You’ll oversee a developmental career experience program in the region to ensure new hires have the fundamental learning necessary to complete their work, while teaching others about the world of learning and development. You’ll be part of a larger global learning team who works collaboratively to support the high paced, rapidly changing environment in Annotation. You’ll establish clear and effective working relationships and communication channels with internal partners.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
