　　Simon Roofing is an industry leader who is looking for an early career Regional Sales Representative to join our organization. This individual must be self-driven, competitive, and hardworking sales pro who is looking for the next step in their career ladder. 

　　Our regional  sales representatives work independently after receiving training and support of our experienced sales staff to become successful and effective. Fostering the “always prospecting” mentality, you will focus on building strong long-term relationships with clients in your territory. The sales representative will also organize, and conduct programs and communications aimed at validating Simon Roofing's value propositions new account prospects.

　　Job Requirements: 

　　Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred with a focus in Sales, Construction Management, Communications, Business, or Marketing is preferred. 

　　Two to three years of outside sales experience. ( Business  to Business.) 

　　Lead generation experience (Cold Calling/Prospecting Experience) 

　　Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to do extensive research on the Internet. 

　　Ability to climb ladders to rooftops. 

　　Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. 

　　Must pass pre-employment drug test and background screening & authorized  to work in the US.
