As a Regional Sales Manager in NW Region you'll be responsible for strategically driving sales in the across all business groups and developing and maintaining strong agent, distributor, and contractor relationships.

What you'll do Positively promote and manage all Signify Lighting products within the district Manage and collaborate with local sales agents to maximize sales and profitability Establish, develop and maintain relationships with distributor partners and strategic end user clients Create strong synergy in the zone by working closely with other RSMs, Specification Sales Leads, and other internal Signify personnel to build a winning culture that leads to success in the zone. Your qualifications BS degree Minimum of 4 years of commercial sales across a multi-state territory Knowledge of the lighting or electrical distribution business and in-depth knowledge of products and applications to include lamps, ballasts, and lighting fixtures preferred Must have strong relationships with distribution in the Region Have experience in developing and driving distribution plans to achieve growth. Salary: $118,275 - 173,470
Bonus: Target 35% Sales Incentive bonus
