About Regional Sales Manager - Mobility Group

  Eaton Mobility Group provides solutions across the propulsion spectrum to cater for the evolving needs of its customers from internal combustion to electrified vehicles. We offer a suite of technologies, including power distribution solutions, power electronics and transmissions that improve safety, efficiency, and performance.

  Key Duties:

  We are looking for a highly motivated & passionate Regional Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities with existing & new customers, whilst identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share of all Eaton Mobility Group products.

  Hunt for new customers and new business opportunitiesDevelop and maintain a lucrative sales pipelinePrepare, follow up and convert sales quotationsAchieve annual sales and profitability targetsPromote Eaton products at trade shows, product launches, industry and customer eventsDevelop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure deep connections whilst delivering the Eaton Value PropositionProvide business intelligence and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the client's environment and the markets in which they operate Sustain customer and market presence through consistent face to face consultations

  Please note that this role requires regional and interstate travel approx. 35 - 45%

  You are a 'can-do' and 'glass half full' person who thrives on sales and being with peopleStrong track record of developing networks and driving sales via distribution channels and corporate accounts Highly developed prospecting, business development and customer centric skillsAbility to effectively plan and implement sales strategiesSelf-starter, resourceful and tenaciousStrong business acumenExcellent communication skills with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgroundsExcellent negotiation, influencing and planning skillsValid Australian driver's license
