About the role:
As the Regional Sales Manager – EMEA, you'll play a pivotal role in driving XOS instrument sales success. Your responsibilities include overseeing the performance and training of XOS channel partners/distributors in the EMEA region. You'll not only drive current-year sales but also spearhead diverse business development initiatives to fuel future growth. Your overall mission with channel partners is to equip them with the necessary tools for driving substantial growth.
This position is part of the XOS global commercial team and will be a hybrid to remote role based in Rotterdam - The Netherlands where you can make a significant impact. This position reports into Director of Sales, Petroleum based in the USA. You are a part of a Global team, your colleague are based from Hong Kong, India, USA and Rotterdam/ the Netherlands
In this role, you will:
Provide a central point of service to assist distributors in resolving customer and partner issues for maximum customer satisfaction.
Set regional sales strategy, align channel-specific strategies, and monitor distributor plans to achieve target growth.
Effectively manage and optimize the sales pipeline, utilizing Salesforce (SFDC) for regular updates and forecasting.
Support channel partners throughout the sales process, providing necessary training, sales collateral, and technical support.
Conduct various activities such as sales presentations, customer visits, and trade show attendance to identify and develop new business opportunities for XOS products.

Entrepreneurial mindset with matrix organizational skills.
You are a strategic, business developer and know how to drive sales within a large region.
Eager to drive opportunities incl driving sales trough multiple channel partners
Proficiency in handling challenging performance conversations.
Eagerness to cultivate new customer relationships.
Strategic thinking and ability to develop clear growth plans.
Experience in strategy development, negotiation, value selling, and proven success in product line growth.
You are fluent in English (preferable you are fluent in other European languages: Dutch or German)
You are willing to travel up to 40% of your time relevant for this job.
