Regional Account Executive at Sisley Cosmetics USA, Inc Job Location: 360 Lexington Ave, 19th Floor, New York, NY, 10017 Job Duties: • Direct and coordinate sales of beauty products and retail outlets within an assigned region or territory. • Responsible for developing and delivering budgets, reports and projected sales and profitability for the assigned region. • Seek and follow leads to acquire new business and increase sales for the company. • Seek and develop working relationships with decision makers in retail outlets and partners. • Deliver presentations to top management demonstrating sales figures and goals. • Oversee, supervise and provide coaching and feedback to retail employees in assigned stores/locations (including and not limited to account representatives, counter managers, business managers, rotators and/or coordinators). • Responsible for engaging and growing Sisley's customer base by monitoring customer preferences and trends. • Gather feedback about customer experiences to ensure smooth operations of the Sisley business, serving as a point of escalation to resolve customer complaints regarding sales. • Review weekly sales figures with designated persons at each retail unit in the assigned region. • Define sales goals, and review operational, sales and financial related to all boutiques and Spas of the Sisley Network. • Conduct monthly deeper review of the numbers and progress with the designated manager and salesperson in each retail unit in the assigned region. • Plan and review marketing strategy for new and existing store locations in the assigned region, considering statistics and expenditures. • Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor stock ordering and customers' preferences to ensure proper stock level to face demand. • Plan, direct, and coordinate the distribution and movement of product between store locations within the assigned region. • Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staffs. • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Management or a closely related field. Experience: 2 years of experience in the beauty industry in financial control and/or operations consulting role(s). Alternative Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Management or a closely related field, and two years combined employment experience and university internship/co-op experience in the beauty industry in financial control and/or operations consulting role(s). Qualifying experience must include: Qualifying employment and/or internship/co-op experience must include at least 2 years' in each of the following: • Building reports for upper management evaluating a multinational beauty company's health across major areas: operations, logistics, finance & marketing. • Preparing recommendations and presenting the plan of action to reduce operational risks for a multinational beauty company. • Developing financial, budget, forecasting, and operational tools and processes to improve a multinational beauty company's retail operations, and forecasting and budget accuracy. • Performing year-end closings for a multinational beauty company, including spotting issues and recommending solutions. • Developing and implementing plans of action to improve beauty retail unit's ability to deliver its financial, sales and performance metrics. • Developing plans to resolve supply chain issues and manage a multinational beauty company's inventory replenishments and systems.
