Responsibilities
This role is responsible for supporting sourcing efforts for Vibra Healthcare and Vibra Travels as needs arise.Key Responsibilities:
Handling communications to prospective candidates via Vivian, and other recruiting platforms on weekends.
Supporting Vibra Travels and Vibra Healthcare team with administrative work.
Supporting International Nurse recruiting efforts and administrative duties.
Supporting CHRO/CEO with HR overflow and administrative work.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, which may include preparing and organizing paperwork, scheduling orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Assist in generating and maintaining recruitment-related reports.
Assist with Vibra Payroll as needs arise.
Cross-train with Vibra Travels and Vibra Healthcare team to support a future role in Talent Acquisition.Minimum Qualifications/Skills:High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.Minimum of one (1) year human resources/talent acquisition experience preferred.Current, valid, and active driver's license required.Additional Qualifications/Skills:Bachelor's preferred.Exemplifies Standards of Behavior.Ability to project a professional image.Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.Benefits
