Kforce has a client in Saint louis, MO that is seeking a Recruiter. This position is 2-3 months, with a likely extension. The hours for this role are 8-4:30 or 9-6 daily. You will be in office 4 days/week.Duties and Responsibilities:
Sourcing and daily communication with candidates via our ATS
Recruiter will review candidate applications/resumes
Conducting phone screens and in-person interviews
Scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
As a Recruiter, you will draft and submit offer letters
Onboarding new hires
Establishing new hire files
1-2 years of HR, Screening, or Talent Acquisition experience
Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and KPIs
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organizational skills and attention to process and detail
Ability to work independently as a member of a team
Prior experience with Indeed is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
