Description Robert Half is looking for a project professional for an interim opportunity as a Recruiter.Join our team on a contract basis, where you will be playing a key role in our client's recruitment efforts and will be responsible for recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers on hiring best practices; as well as planning, implementing, and evaluating employee recruitment plans.
Your responsibilities
Assemble recruiting requirements based on organization plans and objectives and internal hiring needs from managers
Assist with onboarding new hires
Keep up with department records and reports
Decide candidate qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices Requirements - Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task and work independently
3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Strong time management and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing, with functional department managers
