　　Your responsibilities

　　Create notes of tasks, files, and progress

　　Track down further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

　　Submit information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

　　Examine reports and sheets of data

　　Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product

　　Review and remove unneeded data as well as combine data from multiple sources

　　Sift through websites for information Requirements - Proficiency with diverse computer applications and experience with contract database systems

　　Proven typing accuracy

　　Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment

　　Background working with Legalkey

　　Experience with Hiring Processes

　　Banking Operation experience highly preferred

　　General familiarity with Confidential Documents

　　Quality experience

　　Earlier work involving FileSurf

　　Foundational knowledge in Database

　　Data entry experience

　　Demonstrated knowledge of offsite

　　Knowledge of procedures

　　Adeptness in Records Management

　　Practical knowledge of Perks

　　Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
