　　The Recordings Specialist is responsible for filing,removing, and maintaining fixture filings on all Tesla Energy systems, ensuringthey comply with the relevant requirements of the coordinating jurisdictionthroughout the U.S. The Specialist will also interact with other internal teamsand external customers involved in property transactions to resolve issues.This role requires a high level of flexibility, attention todetail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume, dynamic environment.What You'll Do

　　Prepare and submit high  volume of documents to third parties ensuring a high level of qualityProactively manage all  workflow queues and case loadInteract daily with  customers, external parties, and internal teams via emailCommunicate effectively  to manage customer objections to resolutionBecome a recordings  expert by answering questions, advising, and troubleshooting recording-related  issuesPerform additional tasks  as assigned to meet business needs
