  Allied Universal® is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist...Multi-Tasker in our Raleigh, NC Headquarters. This position is the initial point of contact for all clients, visitors and Allied Universal Compliance and Investigations' personnel. The receptionist presents a positive image for the business and has a thorough understanding of the hierarchy and their clients, as well as field operations and operational staff. Additional administrative tasks will be assigned as work flow dictates.

  ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Communicate effectively with clients and employees, and establish a positive environment for all individual corporate contacts

  Excellent phone and communication skills are required to execute receipt and transfer of incoming calls from various individuals

  Knowledge and ability to operate all levels of office equipment to maximum efficiency

  Receive and enter client case assignments into a business specific database with 100% accuracy

  Manage and monitor internal corporate resources such as conference rooms, etc. as dictated by Allied Universal management and supervisory personnel

  Enter and prepare corporate tracking information such as client customer satisfaction surveys, sales numbers, and other information as deemed necessary

  Sign for UPS shipments, and monitor incoming/outgoing traffic

  BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  High School Diploma and a minimum of 1-year experience in an employee/client facing position preferred, additional experience may be substituted for formal education

  Proficiency in Google Suite

  Ability to remain highly productive in a changing environment, strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  Communicate effectively and professionally; oral and written

  Follow written and verbal instructions
