Description

We are offering a long-term Part Time contract employment opportunity for a receptionist in the advertising industry located in Chicago, Illinois. The primary function of this role is to manage office operations, assist with team needs, and create a positive office atmosphere.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 10-1 or 2 pm

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and setting up meals for the team.

• Managing grocery orders for the office.

• Overseeing daily office operations.

• Assisting with various administrative needs.

• Adding new hires and visitors to the security list.

• Assisting the Executive Assistant with light administrative duties.

• Maintaining a positive and inclusive environment by serving as a culture fit ambassador.

• Answering multi-line phone system and providing customer service.

• Performing data entry duties and organizing files.

• Managing email correspondence and scheduling appointments using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.

• Assisting with team requests as needed.

Requirements • Prior experience is not required, open to candidates with 0+ years of experience

• Ability to proficiently manage an answering multi-line phone system

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience

• Experience with data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Proficiency in email correspondence, demonstrating clear and effective communication

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Organizational skills, particularly in relation to file management

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively and efficiently, managing time and resources

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required
