Robert Half is currently seeking a dynamic and bilingual Spanish Receptionist to join our client's team in the vibrant Brickell area. As the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and callers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed

Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area

Requirements

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Professional appearance and demeanor
