  Responsibilities

  Center Of Excellence Well Engineer (CoE WE) tracks all target KPIs, engages in critical suggestions with Operations Team, responds to operational and technical requests sent from the field and prepares daily morning, weekly, and monthly reports. A proactive approach is also taken to reduce company costs by utilizing best practices and preventing trip for failures.

  It is expected that the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Centre of Excellence Manager on a regular basis and present updates and plans to the internal teams.

  D uties & Responsibilities

  SAFETY & COMPLIANCEMaintain all safety and compliance procedures as a first priority when working across all areas of the business

  In the case of safety concerns, quality nonconformances, or security concerns, exercised stop work authority.

  Achieves the highest level of corporate governance, ensuring all activities are carried out ethically and in accordance with company policies, applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

  OPERATIONAL CAPABILTYCoordinate and perform internal process audits for KPI tracking.

  Participating in pre-job planning meetings and ensuring that all job-required information received from Operation Well Engineer and line management to provide efficient support.

  Responsible for creating and maintaining quality of drilling/completion operational dashboard and Centre Of Excellence reports.

  Ensuring all target planned KPIs are incorporated into the drilling performance tracking system.

  Ensuring that real-time data is delivered to the team as per agreement during the pre-job planning phase and it is quantitatively and qualitatively accurate.

  Once identify any kinds of deviations; consult immediately and propose suggestions to the Operations team.

  Maintaining a professional and positive attitude during operational stress, complex and problematic jobs.

  In case of time-sensitive situations, ensure the specific issues are timely addressed to the Subject Matter Experts in the operations team.

  Optimization Services: During and Post job engage with Operations Team report / parameter plotting and optimization duties. Work with the Operations team in identifying and evaluating inefficiencies during operation and provide optimized solutions.

  Participation during any kinds of field incident root cause analysis to support the Operations team.

  Using relative work experience and knowledge of field operations to identify and overcome Centre Of Excellence (CoE) service quality and service delivery issues with ongoing operations.

  Ensuring the latest and approved Global and local process, Escalation workflows Matrix, SOP, and relevant documentation are available in the Centre Of Excellence (CoE-RTOC).

  Keeping records of all communications and considering them as official company records.

  Responding to the operational and technical requests sent from the field.

  Ensure all lessons learned from each job are captured and shared with the ISP Operations & Global Team.

  Responsible for generating Centre Of Excellence (CoE) daily /Weekly/ Monthly reports with Project KPI’s dashboards.

  Review and notify the lookahead plans to the key stakeholders.

  COMMUNICATION WITH PROJECT TEAM

  Interacts with both internal and external stakeholders for the Project with regards to Center of Excellence (CoE).

  Interacts closely with Project Team and Lean Continuous Improvement to drive toward Operations.

  Qualifications

  Experience & Education

  REQUIRED

  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

  5+ years of experience in Well Engineering or Real time Operations or Performance Engineering (with Operational focus) in an industrial related business

  5+ years demonstrated experience with Performance Engineering related continuous improvement programs

  PREFFERED

  Root Cause Analysis Incident Investigation Training

  Lean & Six Sigma Training

  5+ years of Well Engineer or Performance Engineer or RTOC experience

  Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  REQUIRED

  Ability to interpret Stages of Well operations, technical notes, procedures and specifications

  Demonstrate skills related to problem-solving, decision-making, judgment, leadership, root-cause analysis, KPI optimization and team collaboration to lead and influence others to drive change

  Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

  Demonstrate report-writing skills

  Strong communication and facilitation skills between functions – verbal and written

  Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  Ability to travel domestically and internationally 10-20% of time

  Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the agility to evoke critical thinking

  PREFERRED

  Weatherford enterprise and management systems knowledge

  Document management and control experience Experience in Weatherford Software

  Experience using Landmark Openwells Software

  Experience leading in a matrixed organization
