　　Create a formula and several test paramotors

　　Go into the lab and weigh ingredients, mix, bake off sample

　　Evaluation of samples compare to the specifications of the control product

　　Good results will organize a review within the R&D team and take record of the results of the review

　　Once product is produced in mfg plant, repeat testing to confirm what they designed is what was produced

　　Works as a member of the research team assigned to specific development projects under limited supervision.

　　Develops formulation and performs product testing and evaluation using scientific principles to determine course of action to be taken.

　　Manages complex projects and may require innovative methodology. Works within project timelines.

　　Presents product to team at interim stages of development. Documents all stages of development and modifications in compliance with R & D procedures.

　　Determines ingredient and finished-product specifications. Establishes test methods in collaboration with QC for ingredients and finished products.

　　Oversees first production runs to assure proper manufacturing of the developed or modified products.
