　　Lead and manage strategic programs aligning with organizational goals and the CIO department's objectivesPerform program analysis, manage task execution and risks, identify bottlenecks, perform necessary corrections, and communicate program status across multiple levels of managementFacilitate cross-teams project management, ensuring collaboration and seamless project execution.Oversee regulations processes, ensuring compliance and effective controlCreate and control SaaS systems management processes and collaborate with procurement and finance teams on cost planning and optimizationBuild, maintain, and track OKRs in multiple levels - project and overall department activitiesCreate and oversee work processes and methodologies

　　Your Experience & Skills

　　At least 3+ years of experience in technical project management/ technical operations managementStrong familiarity with cross-organizational processes and operationsHigh level of technical understanding of SaaS solutionsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience operating autonomously across multiple teamsExcellent communication and leadership skills, that allow you to engage and align the organization across functions at all levelsStrong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to deliverB.Sc. in industrial engineering and management - high advantageHigh proficiency in English
