OVERVIEW

RV Rangers assist with all site set-ups for arriving and departingguests. They are responsible for escorting arrivals to their site afternormal business hours, communicating all issues and concerns to the RVResort Manager, and monitoring the pool(s) for unregistered guests.Rangers provide excellent customer service to prospective and currentguests and residents in the resort at all times.

JOB DUTIES

Leads RVs to sites, ensuring to locate them properly within theindividual site areas. Assists guests with site set-up as neededChecks transient sites daily for departures. Removes trash fromrecently vacated transient sitesChecks all sites for issues or problems (i.e. water, sewer, hornets,etc.). Reports all maintenance issues and concerns to RV ResortManager and/or maintenanceInspects tied down RVs, park models, and manufactured homes forcleanliness, rust, damage and other problems prior to permittingtheir saleCompletes various surveys of tied down units as required by mainofficeOversees the sales of sewer donuts and electrical adapters, ifapplicableCompletes site measurements as requestedDelivers special packages and/or one-day mail to appropriate sitesAssists with coverage of the main gate when neededRoutinely checks swimming pool(s) for unregistered guests, ifapplicableTags vehicles for removal by owner at unrented transient sitesFollows safety procedures while performing dutiesOther duties as assignedHandles guest and resident questions and complaints directly orrefers them to the appropriate departmentProvides guests with accessibility by patrolling the resortfrequently and assisting them when neededTreats sites, both manufactured home and RV, for fire antinfestation as requested and as a normal procedure when spottingunits on-siteREQUIREMENTS

Basic computer proficiency, including the ability to use email andthe internetFlexibility to work events during non-business hoursMust be able to lift at least 25 lbsMust have a valid driver's licenseStrong organizational skillsGeneral knowledge of janitorial work, plumbing, and groundsmaintenanceAbility to provide legible written reportsHard-working and willingness to take direction and carry-out tasksStrong communication skillsPERKS BENEFITS
