*The Repairman performs a variety of repairs, rebuilds, modifications and assemblies on various types of railroad freight cars and their parts.  *

　　Primary Duties:

　　Perform railcar repairs to FRA and AAR guidelines and customer requirements.Interpret job work orders to make appropriate repairs on defective or worn parts or replace them as directed.```{=html}

　　```- Perform welding and fitting operations for refurbishing or repairing railcars.

　　```- Coordinate and complete repairs in an efficient manner and within assigned hours.

　　Qualifications

　　High School Diploma or G.E.D. is requiredMust be able to pass physical, hair follice test, and background check.Prior formal welding training/education preferredValid picture ID and social security cardWork primarily outside in extreme heat and cold, wet/humid, dry and dusty conditions.Starting Hourly Rate: $17.25 per hour, with opportunites for pay increases within as little as 3 weeks on the job!
