　　Job Description Summary

　　Perform high quality diagnostic procedures, applying principles of radiation protection to minimize exposure to patient

　　Rotate to all NEBH locations: Boston, Chestnut Hill and Dedham

　　Effectively communicate with patients to obtain important clinical information, instruct the patient, relieve anxiety and gain cooperation during procedures, etc.

　　Identify and administer correct contrast media per departmental protocol

　　Understand and apply Guest Relations skill and display excellent customer service skills

　　Maintain patient confidentiality at all times

　　Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills

　　Adapt to changing environments (flexible schedules, emergency conditions, protocol development, technology advancements)

　　Function effectively under conditions which are often fast paced and stressful

　　Job Requirements:

　　Preferred 1 year of full time Radiologic Technologist experience, will consider new grads

　　Experience with OR imaging, portable experience, radiology procedures and diagnostic imaging

　　Education/Certification:

　　Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology

　　Valid ARRT registration, MA license within one year of hire date

　　AHA Heartsaver or BLS certified
