Job Summary:
We have an excellent opportunity to join the Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) business area of the Strategic Sensors & Precision Strike (SSPS) Mission Area as a Task Order/EV Lead for the Radar Development Contract (RDC). ASDS designs, produces, and sustains radars including A/N TPY-2 and Sea Based X-Band Radar (SBX). These are high visibility, critical programs for Raytheon and our customers.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the financial performance of the RDC contract containing FFP, CPFF, CPAF, & T&M CLINs with projected annual sales of $150M. This position requires proactive leadership and interaction with Program Area Directors, Program Managers, and customer representatives from finance and contracts teams to ensure alignment regarding strategy, operating and financial objectives. The candidate’s responsibilities include the day-to-day execution of the program, managing all aspects of Earned Value and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
The selected candidate must be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as have the ability to multitask across program requirements. This position requires the ability to provide top level program planning and control guidance as well as the ability to summarize, package, and present information to all levels of management.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Establish and maintain the overall baseline that is compliant with the program instruction, internal EVM policy and 10255.
Prepare detailed cost CDRLs including Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMRs), Cost Performance Reports (CPRs), Contractor Funding Summary Report (CFSRs), Cost Data Summary Report (1921), and Functional Cost Hour Report (1921-1).
Coordinate development of quarterly Estimates at Complete. Budget Change Request (BCRs) coordination and implementation
Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis.
Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as required.
Utilize and share knowledge of the RTN Earned Value Management system process 10255 policy within the program team.
Coordinate the development of manpower reports to support Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) and Strategic Sensors & Precision Strike (SSPS) Mission Area level staffing demand reviews including working with cross function leads to identify gaps and plans to closure.
Provide Contract Funding Analysis
Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related topic
Typically requires 5+ years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3+ years prior relevant experience
Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Program Controls (Cost/Schedule), and/or Estimate at Completion (EAC) Process
Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
U.S. Citizenship Status is Required as this position will require the ability to Access US Only Data Systems
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP APEX EV, Rplan, BW, PMX, and EDIT+ experience
Proficient with Microsoft suite of tools (EXCEL, Power Point, Word)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize workload
Must be independent and self-motivated
Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines
Proactive with demonstrated ability to creatively problem solve
Working knowledge of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced work environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Earned Value Certification
EVMS audit/surveillance experience

Additional Information:
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
